How much does it cost to personalise an item?
Our embossing service is only $3.
What colours are available for embossing?
We have four colours you could choose:
Gold:
Rose gold:
Silver:
Blind (embossed with no colour):
How many letters could I have?
For the best result, we recommend no more than 3 letters. And the dot between letters are optional. For example: A.B.C is the maximum.
What kind of letters could I have?
They are all available in UPPERCASE or lowercase.
1. Simply choose the candle with the embossing colour you want, add it to cart.
2. There is a Order Note option in the bottom of the Cart, please input your initials in it.
How long will it take?
Please allow 1-2 business days for any order containing
a personalised item.
Can I return or exchange personalised item?
Please note that personalised items cannot be returned
for a refund or exchange unless faulty.
