Our processing time for orders is between 2 - 5 business days (excluding shipping) upon receipt of the order. Once the order is ready to dispatch, you will receive an email from us with the tracking info. Please always keep an eye on the tracking. If there is anything regarding to the delivery, please contact the courier company first.
Due to our extended processing times, we are NOT ABLE TO PROCESS PRIORITY ORDERS at this time.
For the orders placed between Monday and Thursday, we will try to dispatch on Friday.
All the orders placed on Friday and weekend will be dispatched on the next Tuesday and Wednesday.
