Returns & Refunds Policy

We take great care in the making and packing of every Black Blaze piece.
If something isn’t right, we’ll always work with you to resolve it.


Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve changed your mind, we may accept a return under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition, with all packaging intact

  • Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method, less the restocking fee.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time with your order number and supporting photos.

In these cases:

  • A full refund, replacement, or repair will be offered in line with Australian Consumer Law

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us

  • No restocking fee applies


Final Sale Items

Items marked as Sale or Final Sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law in the event of a faulty or incorrect product.


In-Store Purchases

Return rules outlined above apply to online purchases only.
In-store (Point of Sale) returns are assessed separately.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

To request a return, please contact us at info@blackblaze.com.au with your order number and details of your request.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
