Shipping policy
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, product launches, or store renovations, processing times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated where possible.
Orders are shipped using trusted third-party carriers, including Australia Post, Sendle, Couriers Please, Aramex, or other services we regularly work with, depending on the order and destination. Tracking details are provided once the order has been dispatched. If you have a specific delivery preference, please include this in the order notes at checkout. While we’ll do our best to accommodate requests, this may not always be guaranteed.
Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in lodging an enquiry with the courier. While we will always support you in resolving delivery issues, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, or failed delivery attempts, may incur additional shipping charges for re-dispatch. If Authority to Leave is selected, delivery is at the customer’s risk once marked as delivered by the carrier.
